Past:
I started my software development journey inspired by a high school course in Programming and Systems Management. This experience led me to later delve into desktop and web development, Data Engineering, DevOps, and other areas.
Present:
I’m currently working as the Lead Software Engineer for the Finance section at GreatLab, where I design and maintain critical features in a cloud-based platform for dental laboratories. I’ve recently completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Science at Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, marking an important step in my career growth and development as an engineer.
Future:
Looking ahead, I’m passionate about continuously growing as a developer by building impactful products and exploring areas like data, infrastructure, and business. I enjoy working on meaningful projects and am open to smaller freelance opportunities.
At GreatLab, I am the lead Full Stack Developer responsible for the finance section of a cloud-based LMS platform for dental laboratories. Working closely with the CEO, I help shape product direction and drive the scalability of the financial systems that support client billing and revenue management.
At Quidgest, I played a crucial role in integrating innovative patterns into Genio, Quidgest's generative AI platform that rapidly assembles web applications from user-provided models. Additionally, I was actively involved in the development of the forthcoming Genio Web, positioning the company at the forefront of technological advancement.
I worked at RSM NL as a Software Developer in the International Service Practice department, producing solutions that automate internal workflows and building products according to client needs.
My experience at Centrality began by crafting custom, tailor-made eCommerce platform plugins, which later evolved into developing and maintaining the company's Point of Sale (POS) software.

Reading is another one of my favorite hobbies. I’m interested in a wide range of topics, especially those that promote personal and professional growth. Books like "The Slight Edge" and "What Every Body is Saying" are among my favorites, though I also enjoy getting lost in engaging stories like Harry Potter.
Riding a motorcycle gives me a sense of freedom. Whether on mountain roads or along the coast, each ride is an enjoyable experience, enhanced by the surrounding beauty. It’s a practical and affordable hobby that even makes daily commutes more enjoyable.
